What is healthy cooking?   There is some confusion as to what healthy eating really means.  You might have an allergic reaction to food that is not healthy for you to eat but is healthy for someone else.  Sometimes if you eat a more natural organic form of a food, you may not have an allergic reaction.  Some people have sensitivities to processed food with preservatives and additives.

When it comes to beginner cooking, it is important to keep in mind that everyone started somewhere. I do not know of a single person who didn’t need to learn how to cook and then experiment. There is a lot of learning that must be done in order to become a competent cook so there is always room for improvement. If you are just learning how to cook then you need to learn the basics.
